Well, currently fiddling with Sterling 2, getting some cool and many more not so cool results. I'm running it off a 128MB RAM drive I set up and, subjectively, I feel it's a tad quicker and more responsive than off the HDD itself - odd considering all it needs to access is generally loaded into RAM in any case? Just wondering at the experiences others have had running programs off RAM drives, like Apo or TG. Guess I can install TG to the RAM drive and set up a script to copy the folder over on shutdown/startup...

Yep, I'm back again. Very on/off person me, since my attention span wavers somewhere between a cocker spaniel's and a chimpanzee's :P Currently fiddling with using flame fractals from Apo in the various shaders in TG2.
